FAQ
A copy of your pets updated vaccinations, enough food for their stay and any bed, blankets or toys you want to bring. We also have extra bedding and toys on hand.
We don’t put the dogs together due to safety. A dog fight can happen in an instant. And if we let all dogs play together we would need to assess each one to see if they are a good fit which would result in us having to turn some people away. Not every dog likes to be around or play with other dogs as they come in all sorts of ages, sizes, and different health issues. When you see pictures of more than one dog playing together it’s because they are all owned by the same person and are used to living and playing with one another.
However, if socialization and pup play is what you seek, We have 4 dogs of our own, we can pick 1 that we believe would best match up and introduce to your dog. As long as the owner is present for the introduction and gives permission.
Vaccinations are required because we want to do everything in our power to keep our guests safe.
Dogs:
Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza,
Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella
Cats:
Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis,
Rabies, and Calicivirus
However, Some vaccinations (ie. Bordatella) are like the flu shot. In the sense that they don’t protect against all strains of the virus, just the majority and most common ones. But we must do everything we can to minimize all the risks.
Absolutely! We have a fridge and a freezer to safely store away your dog's food.
We accept all dog and cat breeds as we don’t put them together. Each pet will have their own suite and will receive individual playtime sessions and/or walks with a staff member. Pets from the same family are welcome to share suites and play together if they get along well at home. All we ask is your pet is tame enough where we can provide them the necessary care they need.
Our operating hours are 7:30am-12noon and 2pm-5pm every day and you can pick up/drop off between those hours. Checkout time is between 7:30am-12noon and you will NOT be charged for that day if you pick up between those hours. If you pick up AFTER 12noon (between 2pm-5pm) you will be charged for that day.
The reason is simply because we need to get the suite ready for the next guest. Just like at a human hotel😊

Daycare is dropping your pet off and picking them up before 5pm. Daycare consists of 2 walks or play yard/room session or one of each and complimentary treats and cuddles. Daycare is also a great way to desensitize your dog and make him feel less nervous about being boarded again in the near future. They will become familiar with the staff and the area and will feel more comfortable in their surroundings.
Absolutely NOT! We just ask you give us the necessary dosing instructions.
Yes, you can see our license framed on the wall when you walk into our front office.
Book them in for daycare! Drop them off for the day and pick them up by 5pm. It will help desensitize them when they come back as your dog will be familiar with the area and the staff members and feel less nervous the second time around.
No, it is your personal preference whether you choose to fix your animal or not

The welcoming commitee:) Those are our personal dogs that you see. They are never loose and will always be secured behind a fence or gate.
Those are our personal cats TJ and Sakawinki. They were owner surrenders and we quickly fell in love with them and adopted them. They are both friendly and will stay out of the way during check ins and check outs.
